Character filled Grey Lynn Villa

When we were approached to do this project this Grey Lynn Villa was full of character and original historic beauty, however the interior had become slightly dated and was in need of a face-lift.

As per the owners wishes, we designed and rebuilt the entire rear of the villa. This included modernising both the kitchen and living areas, allowing them to flow into the outdoor living space, thus creating the highly desired indoor-outdoor flow.

The existing bathroom was redesigned to feel new and fresh, and a new en-suite and walk in wardrobe were added to the master bedroom.

This adorable Grey Lynn Villa is now stunning both inside and out.
