Renovation by Hayward Builders

Mike and Angela loved the old style of their Bow Street property but it looked very tired and had multiple flooring issues throughout the house. They decided to rebuild their home in the same style as the original dwelling, but modernized the interior to add that fresh, new look and feel.

An extra floor was added to Mike and Angela’s home to make the most of the beautiful surrounding views of Raglan.

Due to the fact that the property was old and dated, it worked out more cost effective to start from scratch and rebuild the entire home rather than renovate.  Mike and Angela are pleased with their results and are enjoying their beautiful new Raglan home.
