Torbay New Build

Cameron is a builder himself and asked Allan to come around to discuss options of what could be done with the section of land at the back of his property.

Cameron and Michelle originally thought that they could only fit a 60sqm minor dwelling on their back section. During their first meeting with Allan it was suggested that if they desired a larger dwelling they could possibly approach their neighbours, as they had a piece of spare section at the back of their property also.

Cameron went ahead and purchased that land from the neighbours. This allowed them to build a brand new four bedroom home at the back of their original section. This home was originally meant as an investment property; however they loved the design so much that they have decided to make this their family home.

We asked Cameron what he loved the most about the new design – “My favourite thing about the property is the perspective of the mono pitch roof and where they meet in the middle and overshoot each other. This is the first view of the house as you walk down our driveway and is very well architecturally designed”

Cameron and Michelle’s home is currently being built so we will keep everyone updated with images of the build process as they come in.
